We ask for one thing, and we say why.
This site collects one piece of personal data, and only when you type it into a form and tick a box: your email address. Nothing else. No trackers, no analytics, no third-party scripts — every asset on every page is served from our own infrastructure. Read the page source and you will find no exception.
What we store, and where
If you join the waitlist or ask to be told when the game goes on sale, we store your email address and which list you chose, on Cloudflare infrastructure. The address is keyed by a one-way hash, so a raw export is not a plaintext mailing list. That is the whole record.
What we do with it
We email you about Age of Eons — beta access, the day the game opens, and the founder price. That is all it is ever used for. We do not sell it, rent it, share it, or fold it into an advertising profile. There is no newsletter you have to escape.
Your say over it
You can ask us to show you what we hold, or to delete it, at any time, and we will — that is your right under the GDPR and the CCPA, and it is also just how this should work. Write to privacy@northpointaegis.com and the address is gone.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your chosen theme is remembered in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your machine. When accounts come online, a session will use a single strictly-necessary cookie — no consent banner theatre, because there is nothing to consent to.
